1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all services offered by Aquaponic Farm Al Ain, including farm products, overnight stays, and day trip experiences. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Experiences

All products and farm experiences are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product availability is subject to seasonal variation and stock levels.

• Colors, sizes, and materials of physical products may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
• Farm experience descriptions (day trips, activities, stays) are subject to change based on seasonal availability and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to substitute activities of equal or greater value where circumstances require.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe and cash on arrival where applicable.
• All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

For overnight stays and day trip experiences:

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Products)

Orders for physical products are processed and dispatched within the timelines shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds (Products)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns initiated within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
• Returns initiated between 8–14 days of receipt are eligible for store credit only.
• Perishable goods (fresh produce, farm products) are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Health & Safety

When visiting Aquaponic Farm Al Ain, all guests are expected to follow the safety guidelines provided by our staff. Guests participate in farm activities at their own risk. We are not liable for injury arising from failure to follow safety instructions. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times on the farm premises.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, videos, and designs — is the property of Aquaponic Farm Al Ain and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Aquaponic Farm Al Ain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or experiences. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
